I found a mention of her on Page 42 in Jane Briggeman's book, Burlesque: Legendary Stars of the Stage, as having the real name of Jessica Mohr.
I also found this website, http://copagirl.com/, for singer and Copa Cabana girl, "Toni Carroll Terman" -- is this the same person?? I don't know, but it is an interesting website about the early Copa club life.
